President of Ireland Photographed with Steorn

As seen in this picture from Steorn's most recent press release, Irish President Mary McAleese visited Steorn in early October as part of the Bolton Trust 20th anniversary celebrations. Steorn Executivees Roger Hatfield, Sean McCarthy, and Richard Walshe stand beside President McAleese in the photo.

(Photographed by David O'Shea)

Also note that Sean McCarthy spoke as part of the Docklands Innovation Park Success Stories Session at the Anniversary conference. If anyone happens to have a transcript from the event or more details, please send them our way!

Looking at the photo, I notice the look on Gráinne and Richards faces. I have to wonder where Richard's left hand is placed.

But seriously, have these guys never heard of a razor or tie?

I'm not as concerned about the Steorn people's questionable personal grooming as I am about the lack of good scientific and technical advice in the Irish president's entourage. And what was the Bolton Trust thinking? This is ridiculous!

Picture manipulation.

"Picture manipulation."

Very improbable. How do you explain the Foundation web site mention of Sean's speech on their program? He has no control over that.

Bad judgment and staff work on the part of the Irish president is much more likely.

I am actually more concerned about Seans appearance - he looks a right scruff!

And President McAleese's mini-me is not so convincing... I reckon she is planning to steal Steorn's technology and take over the Universe! She must be stopped!

Even more likely is that she knows that spinning orbos are doing work in Steorn's laboratory, and that Steorn are about to change the world.

Actually, I believe this story is hype, or in straight talk a lie.

McAleese was guest of honour at an event held by the Bolton Trust, which Steorn also attended.

I can find no evidence that McAleese visited Steorn's office, nor had any contact with them apart from having a photo taken. She probably has little idea who Steorn are or what they do.

@bc

I think you're correct. The only thing in the picture which is Steorn's is that lame sign in the background. Perhaps the president simply posed with each participant in the conference.

Which lets the president and her staff off the hook, but what the hell is wrong with the Bolton Trust that they would invite Steorn? That trust has way too much trust, IMO.

Steorn are reading your comments bc and in a silent rebuttal of your claim they have added another photograph & text on the site informing us that she did indeed visit the office.

Now bc can you please call them out on the Orbo, I am sure they will have some pictures of a working Orbo by the end of the day:)

Btw, good old Mary looks like she knows the score from the second picture. Her face reads "This gobshite thinks he is pulling one over me but I will keep smiling for the camera any way, shure were all gods children anyway."

She did meet with the Steorn, I was there so I should know! After she signed the triple NDA she was allowed into the Orbo room for 30minutes. After the demo she promptly assigned a military security detail to all Steorn employees. She is quite worried the technology will be suppressed and 'erased'. I heard tonight from a very reliable source that the Steorn are now moving office to an undisclosed military base for their own protection. Launch date is approaching!!! A new world is coming!

I'll have what anonymous ("she signed a triple nda") is drinking.

"I know it sounds hard to believe but Orbo was unencrypted initially until Sean met himself from the future 3 months ago. Sean's future self told him of a world where unencrypted Orbos were used as violent weapons."

Please post more eyewitness reports.
It's sad enough that FETruth didn't get that Beardon interview.

Ok, maybe I was overly sceptical, but I still find it strange that in the photos the Steorn people appear to be wearing conference passes. Would they need a pass to visit their own office?

Either way, it still adds up to nothing but publicity hype.

Ok, now this is funny:

We also sponsor the Steorn Award for Excellence in Mechanical Engineering, which is annually awarded to 2nd and 3rd year students for best results in Mechanical Engineering.

Sean McCarthy made a speach at the conference.
Notice the title of the session :
"DIP Success Stories".

What success could Mr McCarthy possible have been talking about?

"2:00–3:00 DIP Success Stories
Dr John McKeon, CEO Allergy Standards Ltd
Mr Michael Farrelly, Managing Director Media Market
Mr Sean McCarthy, CEO Steorn
Chaired by Dr Pat McCormack Director Bolton Trust"

It is a disgrace that the president has not met with Steorn before now. These men are heroes, legends and a national treasure. The way sean and his team are treated disgusts me. let's see any of the non-believers create free energy. [sound of crickets]

That's what I thought.

I agree, but how do you know she hasn't met with them before? We don't know who has visited Steorn.

It's scary to think that the person who wrote that may not have meant it as a joke!

I say, let's see any of the believers show proof that free energy exists.

"[sound of crickets]"

Would that be the sound of Steorn .007iq?

PS - So sure of your belief that you don't need to put your name on your posts?

I think 007 is a ringer for Steorn. His job is to indefatigably stand behind every utterance and every instance involving Sean et al. It is all good. There is no downside to any of it. The world needs free energy and....presto..chango...there it is! 007 has probably already commissioned a statue to made be of Sean that dwarfs the Pillar of Rhodes.

I dont think we have to worry about president McAleese.
As a founding member of the Irish Commission for Prisoners Overseas she is used to be working for all kind of people.

Is Steorn preparing for their overseas future ?

Around Sunday/Monday Steorn delocalized their webcams. From London to Ireland most probably. Black video window implies no Big Ben in sight http://www.astream.com/live/steorn/camera4.html

Thank you for that information. Good evidence that the demo is just around the corner.

How credible is someone going by the name oo7? It's just a figment of Ian Fleming's imagination.

How immature...

Wow, that's wonderful news from all you anonymous types. First the cameras go black and that's supposed to be evidence of an impending demo in Ireland.

Now it's a dead link; how's that working for you?

Does that mean the demo is underway now?

LOL!

New post on Freeenergy"truth":

"Become part of the Free Energy Truth Network. Help support the truth by linking to this site. Use the above logo on your own website or blog. Right click the above image and "save as" to your desktop. Help us bring free energy to the world and show oil, coal, gas and nuclear where the door is."

And here's me thinking that the best way to bring free energy to the world was to actually release some products which use the technology.

I was a long time Stoern skeptic but
today one of the scientists of the
SPDC jury posted this on the official
Steron forum:

"The Steorn tech is 100% real."

"The technology does work."

"The start/stop and the CM tech works."

"The tech does work and another demo will indeed happen."

I know most of the readers here are debunker's
and cynics like myself but this really convinced me.

The only help you'll be doing by linking to FreeEnergy"Truth" is to increase the site's Google Ad revenue. That's it, nothing else.

No, No, No. It's just a cover story. Really he is here to check out the Orbo. Maybe a photo with Steorn too.

Right 007?

There's no point in getting frustrated with primates. They do what they do because they are programmed to to it that way. A few million years of survival got them to this point.

I think it's really important to make sure they don't harm anyone. However, they do make good weapons on occasion when other stupid primates act up. This conflict is difficult for some of them, so religion makes a good diversion - keeps the confusion controlled.

If you want to control primates, you can't act like one. There's no reason to smack 'em (but it is certainly fun sometimes - I guess that proves I'm a primate!!)

Patience, persistence, truth,
Dr. mike

One apparent incurable believer from Steorn forum:

Well, I will use ORBO as inexhaustible power for my custom constructed rubber hammer mechanism, which will maul me in my loser head for life, so that I keep in mind

I see the Orbo has made a list of 10 great snake-oil gadgets:

"When it comes to gadgets, perpetual motion machines are bullshit's bread and butter. Steorn, the Irish company behind Orbo, is only the latest in a long line of deluded, incompetent or fraudulent firms to claim the scalp of the laws of thermodynamics. File this one under deluded: enthusiastically setting up a public display, the inventors were humiliated when it failed to operate. But wait! Steorn gave its deal to 22 scientists who'll "validate" the device. Don't hold your breath, chaps."
