Shooting the Messenger

Crank has banned my account on the forums. Here is her reasoning:

I banned Steorntracker, because he requested to be allowed to join at a time when new joining was suspended. He said that he wouldn't publish confidential information, but did.

He can read the forums just like anyone else. He doesn't post anyway, so it won't make much difference to him, but I don't see why he should be accommodated when he didn't keep his word.
Steorn and Crank have every right to ban me from their forum, it's their forum. It's silly though to accuse me of publishing confidential information.

You did publish confidential information before. Information which you know was aquired unlawfully by this ping14 or how he was called...
Your banning is very much deserved.

I am very very disappointed by Crank's action.

You know, for the first time, there is more information in this blog than in steorn's own website. Obviously, people will gravitate to sources which have more information.

Oh my goodness, this is most excellent. The perpetual motion company starts to respond to perceived threats...

It's like LiveJournal drama for geeks.

Bah. I'll have you know that LJ drama is actually about important things, like people being taken off each other's friend lists.

I think you're making all of this up - just for attention. Can you not blog about your own life or something?

How is Florida these days. Think I seen you on iDrive the other day mate.

Anyway, gotta go keep up the bullshit in your SteornTracker blog.

@anonymous (the 11:47PM one)

That is publicly available information. His gmail addy is on the blog's front page, for chrissakes. You're not proving anything.

Besides, if you do find personal info, then it would be ST's fault for not adequately protecting it. Same for anyone.

Either its world changing news or huge fraud. So any news relating to Steorns claims must be reported. I just wish Crank and others would stop being so fucking anal about it. Very good job reporting, with the bias on steorns own forum becoming pretty obvious.

lol, the fraud-probability is risig and risig.....
btw: confidential information: the steorn lawyers should have done their homework a little better, their nda´s doesn´t hold any water outside ireland.

He joined a few days ago. It isn't a Human Right to belong to
a forum, you belong to a forum as long as you don't make waves.
When you're more trouble than you're worth you're banned."

Crank:
"I received an email from SteornTracker overnight, and have reinstated his account. He was not banned for publishing the name of the juror, BTW. He knows why he was banned, and that was the subject he addressed in his email... "

Crank has been hanging around Steorn to long. She has started to lie and change her story, just like certain other people do.
What secret trouble have you been making Sterontracker ?

Steorntracker is a hoax, and is actually an MTV experiment. You are being fooled.
